RETURNS & EXCHANGES - within 7 days of delivery date
- Personalized items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- All items marked final sale may not be returned or exchanged.
- Returned and exchanged items must be in original packaging, put back on the jewelry card and foam to avoid damages, with no signs of wear.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your items.

Our 30-day warranty covers manufacturing defects, broken chains, stamping errors, items missing, or pieces damaged in the mail - weÕve got you covered for free.
